RUH POOL RULES:

GENERAL RULES (LANE SWIMMING):

  1. The application of the Pool Rules below is decided solely by the Pool Attendant on duty. Their ruling is not up for dispute and should be respected by all pool users. Users who do not respect this, who are abusive to staff, or do not follow their instruction will be asked not to return to the Pool.
  2. ALL SWIMMERS SWIM AT THIER OWN RISK. Pool Attendants are NOT LIFEGUARDS and while they will make every effort to ensure your swim is safe and help if you are in trouble, swimmers are expected to have an ability to swim that enables them to swim independently.

This should open a browser page with details of your booking. Click 'Ticket Options' and select the option to change your slot - follow the instructions and book your new slot date/time.
  5. CANCELLATIONS AND REFUNDS - If you want to cancel your slot and get a refund, this should be done MORE THAN 48 HOURS BEFORE YOUR SWIM TIME, otherwise you will not get a refund. Go to your booking email, click View Booking and cancel your slot. Once this is done, email confirmation that the slot has been cancelled to ruh-tr.swimmingpool@nhs.net and request a refund. We must see evidence that you have cancelled the slot over 48 hours before your planned swim time, so the slot is available to someone else who may want to book, to be eligible for a refund.
