Safe Space Sessions - YOU do YOU

An intimate, welcoming space for women to pause and breathe.
Numbers are kept small so the room always feels safe, held and supportive.

Weekly Safe Space Session (£10)

What to Expect:

A calm, supportive hour just for you.

• A small group of women 30+
• Gentle breathing and grounding to help your body settle
• Simple, practical tools to soothe an overwhelmed nervous system
• Quiet reflection prompts (sharing is always optional)
• A guided body scan and deeply relaxing hypnotherapy meditation
• You’ll leave feeling lighter, calmer and more centred

This is your space to pause.
To breathe.
To not have to hold everything together for an hour.

Monthly Workshop (£25)

What to Expect:

A deeper reset in a safe and supportive circle.

• A 2-hour session in a small group (8–10 women)
• A monthly focus such as anxiety, sleep, confidence, boundaries, self-care or menopause
• Gentle nervous system tools rooted in neuroscience and hypnotherapy
• Thoughtfully designed handouts and worksheets to support your understanding
• Optional journal and MP3 audio to continue the work at home (available to purchase)
• Mats and cushions provided for comfort
• Optional reflection in a non-judgemental space
• A deeply restorative guided meditation to anchor the work
• This is not therapy or medical advice — just understanding, support, and space to rest

These workshops allow you to slow down properly — to understand what’s happening in your mind and body, and leave feeling steadier, clearer and more supported.
