Safe Space Sessions - YOU do YOU
What to expect:
• 75 minute session in a small, supportive group (8–10 women)
• Gentle grounding hypno tips to settle the nervous system
• Weekly theme: Anxiety, sleep, confidence, boundaries, self-care, menopause, sober curiosity
• Optional reflection / sharing — listening is enough
• Guided deep meditation to leave feeling calmer and steadier
