🙏 If you are new to yoga please come to at least two 🆕2️⃣Yoga classes before booking into a 🧘🏻‍♀️Stretch and Strengthen Yoga class.
🙏 You must complete and submit the new student form - https://www.sallyjaneyoga.uk/form-student_health_form.html - ahead of your first class.
