PLEASE READ ALL THE DETAILS BELOW BEFORE PURCHASING A PASS:
* You MUST still book in for EVERY visit for the pass to work. Failure to do this will result in a £5 admin charge and/or deduction of an additional pass use. Your booking gets auto added to the pass automatically without asking for payment when you book using the SAME email address you bought the pass with.
* You can always change a booking to another date anytime up to 6pm of the booking using the booking link in your confirmation email.
* Do not buy multiple passes for multiple people at the same time otherwise you will get overcharged. You must purchase and pay for a pass for each person separately with a different email address for each person
* This Flexi Pass gives you 6 evenings of classes that can be used on any mix of our regular weekly class nights only over an 8 consecutive week period from the first date you book on the pass.
* When you Select a pass you will then need to select a normal price ticket ie your first booking date, to put on the pass before being allowed to purchase. You do not need to put all your booking dates on the pass, only the first one.
* No refunds once 1st date on pass has arrived. No extensions if you don't use all 6 visits over the 8 consecutive weeks.
* Only valid for the same person each time for the 6 visits. Bookings made under one pass for more than one attendee name will be rejected, your whole pass revoked and you may not receive a refund.
* The 8 consecutive week validity of the pass from 6 visits at any of our regular weekly class nights also allows for any holidays, bank holidays, illness etc on both sides.
* We DO NOT extend passes.
* If you are viewing this from the pop up window, use the blue button at the bottom of the window to Select the pass and then hit the Cancel button next to it to return to the previous screen where you can add a ticket to the pass and access the checkout.
