This is a strong Vinyasa Flow class that focuses on building your strength, stamina and endurance.

This class is about building core strength without putting undue strain or stress on the body. We learn to find our limits and then hold it, creating an opportunity to focus and steady the mind.
What to expect:
After a short warm up you will practice a strong set of Sun Salutations to build heat in the body. During these Salutations we will add postures to engage the core and prepare the body for postures such as arm balances and inversions.
But don’t worry it’s not all hard work! We will finish each session with a guided savasana to help the body cool back down and reset.
