Parchment craft is the art of cutting, perforating and embossing parchment paper/vellum to create delicate, lace-like designs for greetings cards and other stationery.
Using various techniques one can create elegant and "soft-looking" projects. With basic techniques it is easy to master the beauty of this craft.
This is lovely pastime and can be done by anyone. This uses hand held pointed embossing pens on a mat. All tools will be provided in the workshops.
A beverage is included.
Level: Beginner
This is a class for anyone over 11 years who has the capacity to understand instructions given to them by the tutor and are not requiring one-to-one supervision. Crafting instruments including sharp scissors and pokey tools will be used and we ask that you abide by health and safety instructions given by the tutor.
Aprons and art sleeves are available.
You may bring your own crafting instruments if they are clearly marked with your initials. The management accept no responsibility for the loss or damage of personal items brought to the workshops.
