All services must be paid for at the time of booking and will fall under a 24-hour cancellation policy. Cancellations made after the notice period cannot be transferred or refunded. 4-week and unlimited class passes cannot be transferred or refunded at any time.

Refunds will be given minus the 1.4% + 20p payment charge.

Special Events or Bootcamp Events require at least 7 days cancellation notice to qualify for a refund.
