Sattvic Studio is a small, beautiful, welcoming studio in Market Drayton Town Centre, offering classes for adults that are designed to promote mindful movement, reconnect you to your peace, and connect you to yourself and your community. We are fully equipped with everything that you need; mats, bricks, straps, bolsters and blankets. Just bring an open heart, and an open mind.
