Details

Discover the joys of cooking with wild foods over a campfire as our ancient ancestors once did.
Craig and Max will guide you through the process of creating and cooking your own meal, over fire, in a fun, relaxed, cosy, informative and not-too-smoky atmosphere.
Learn about a range of wild ingredients that are perfectly suited for campfire cooking,
whether in the great outdoors or in your back garden.
Choose from base ingredients to create a flame cooked kebab and flatbread:
Wild Venison – Partridge – Fresh Wild Mushrooms – Wild Seed Flatbread/Taco Dough.
A range of extra ingredients, some non-wild, will also be available;
Basting Sauce – Wild Spiced Ketchups – Wild Spiced Caramelised Onion Marmalade – Pickled Mushrooms – Ferments
Once you’ve decided on your flavour combinations, kebabs will be constructed, flatbreads rolled and then it’ll be time to pop them over the flames, cook and enjoy them with wild autumn salad and wild mushroom fricassee provided.
