Tickets may be cancelled for a refund up to 3 weeks before the event date. Card processing fees will be deducted from any refund, as these are non-recoverable costs for the festival.
Tickets can be transferred (eg to swap Saturday tickets for Sunday tickets, or to transfer tickets to someone else) up to 1 week before the event, dependent on availability.
