You will be given a whistlestop tour of some of Leanne’s favourite wild larder ingredients, such as pickles, wild herb salts and seasonings, ferments, wild spices, mushroom jerkies, jellies, relishes, cordials and syrups, dried mushrooms and mushroom powders, floral sugars and honey, and more.
