Refund & Cancellation Policy

Bookings are non-refundable once payment has been made.

If you are unable to attend, please contact Miss Reloved as soon as possible. Where possible, we may offer a transfer to another available session at our discretion.

If Miss Reloved needs to cancel a session, you will be offered a full refund or transfer to another session.

Booking fees are non-refundable, including where a customer cancels or does not attend.
