Unfortunately we are unable to offer refunds however we do offer a ticket transfer option that allows you to transfer your ticket to another eligible session on a different time/date. This will need to be done at least 48 hours before the booked session. You are only allowed to transfer a ticket a maximum of one time per original booking.
