A Refund or alternative class will be offered if the Instructor has to cancel a class or event.
Attendees will need to give at least 48hrs notice before their booked class/event if they are unable to attend. A refund or alternative class at the same class venue will be given in this case. However, refunds will not be possible, if less than 48hrs notice is given. Please contact Sharon Martin should you wish to cancel your booking.
Dance space at classes is limited therefore notice is required in order to give others a chance to use the space.
Should you have extenuating circumstances and not be able to give 48hrs notice of non attendance, a refund may be considered on a case by case basis.
