Reiki Infused Sound Bath
We start promptly at 730pm with doors to the studio opening 20 minutes beforehand. The cafe is open if you want to get a drink earlier than this or just chill in the beautiful cafe space.
Sound baths are not new, although many people have not heard of them. The origins start in in the age of the ancient Greeks when sound frequencies were often used to treat various health ailments, including indigestion, mental disturbance, and insomnia.
