But as the chill of winter begins to lift and the promise of spring approaches, we don’t always feel energised and renewed. This wonderful retreat will help you transition between the energies of the seasons and align with the spirit of the Spring Equinox, encouraging you to harmonise mind, body and spirit with the rhythms of nature, so you can shift into the new season with ease and grace.

Your day will include:

• A gentle flowing Hatha Yoga practice to ENERGISE
• A passive, fully supported Restorative Yoga practice with calming breath to RENEW
• A guided Yoga Nidra Meditation to RELAX the body from top to toe
• A breath practice to CALM & SOOTHE
• A transformative Sound Bath for INNER PEACE & BLISS
• Intention-setting meditation to CULTIVATE SEEDS FOR GROWTH

The Chestnut Room is the most perfect venue. Its elevated position gives views out over the woodlands and wetlands of Shorne Woods Country Park as they begin to burst back into life. And its wealth of natural light and beautiful vaulted wooden ceiling all provide an oasis of calm.

This will be the most wonderful opportunity to retreat away from the fast pace of life for a few blissful hours to connect with yourself as you let the light of the Equinox fill your heart and awaken to new beginnings.
