Join me this September for a 5 week Yoga Foundations Course designed to help you feel confident, strong, and connected — both on and off the mat.

I know that stepping into a new class can feel daunting—but don’t worry! My Yoga Foundations Course is designed to be welcoming, encouraging, and completely non-intimidating. You’ll be surrounded by other beginners, and each session will guide you step by step, ensuring you feel comfortable and at ease from day one.

This course is for you if:
• You’re completely new to yoga
• You’re returning to practice after a break or injury
• You feel anxious, or unsure where to begin
• You want a clear, structured introduction to movement, breath & relaxation
• You’d like to join group classes with confidence and body awareness
• You want to move better, breathe deeper, and feel calmer

What you’ll learn:
• Key yoga poses, safely and clearly explained
• How to adapt poses to suit your body
• How to move with your breath
• How to build strength, flexibility & balance gradually
• Tools for calming the mind and nervous system
• Breathing techniques for calm and focus
• How to listen to your body and avoid injury
• A strong base for progressing into regular classes

I’m an experienced teacher with over 15 years and 6000+ hours of teaching experience, and recognised as a Senior Yoga Teacher with Yoga Alliance Professionals. I’m passionate about making yoga accessible and enjoyable for everyone

I’ll guide you with patience, encouragement and clarity so that by the end of the course, you’ll have a solid foundation, better body awareness, and a growing trust in your own strength and ability — ready to continue your practice or join group classes with knowledge and ease.

No pressure. No flexibility required. Just a warm, welcoming space to begin your journey.

Instructions

No fancy leggings or flexibility required. I will provide your mat and almost everything else you will need - just bring yourself, some comfortable clothing that doesn't restrict your movement, a large thick towel or a blanket for use as padding or support in some of the postures, and a willingness to try something new!

5 Week Progressive Course. Every Monday at 5.30-6.30pm - from 1st to 29th September inclusive. Non-refundable. Non-transferable.
