This course is open to all levels, including beginners. Over 5 weeks, we’ll move through gentle flows, some core work, deeper stretches, and relaxation. No need to be flexible or experienced, just come as you are, enjoy taking time for yourself and leave feeling grounded, open, and more at ease in your body.

What To Know Before You Arrive

Parking:
Please be aware that there are parking restrictions on Clarence Place. I recommend parking on Rouge Lane, where there are no restrictions except between 11am and 12 noon, Monday to Friday.

What to Bring:
All equipment is provided, but if you have your own mat, bring it along. I also suggest bringing a blanket or thick towel, which can be useful for added comfort and support during certain exercises.
