Saturdays 8:30-9:30am from 17 May for a four week block
Inspired by the Anusura yoga system, this class comprises:
Heart opening (expansion of the chest and shoulders, which can improve breathing and blood flow, plus the emotional and spiritual practice of cultivating compassion, love, and openness)
Pranayama - (controlled breath practices)
Use of props and alignment principles to support the body
Slow Flowing mindful yoga asana
Meditation to finish
This class will be a nourishing way to start your Saturday - with a beautiful balance of movement, breath and meditation so you'll leave feeling whole and centred.
Pay as you go rate £12.50 - or book the block for £42.
All equipment provided. You are welcome to bring your own mat if you prefer.
Please arrive a couple of minutes before the class to get settled.
We are a shoe free studio and would greatly appreciate your cooperation with this and with helping keep the studio free of any mobile or smart watch notifications.
Parking is on-street in a mainly residential area. Please park considerately of the restricted school zone and local residents.
