The person who completes the booking form is ‘the Participant’ and is therefore subject to the booking and cancellation terms and conditions. By completing and submitting the booking form, the Participant agrees to the dates and times of the Workshop or Session that they have booked. In the event that the Participant needs to cancel their online Workshop or Session booking, the Participant must contact their Tutor in writing no later than 15 days prior to the Workshop or Session commencement date. In the event that the Participant wishes to cancel their booking, they will be subject to the following charges:

*Notification of cancellation in writing 16 days or over prior to the Workshop or Session commencement date, a full refund will be offered, but the Participant will lose their place on the Workshop or Session.

• Notification of cancellation in writing 15 days or less prior to the Workshop or Session commencement date, no refund will be given and the Participant will lose their place on the workshop or Session.

Leanne Michelle Makaton Tutor (Sign Together - Grow Together) reserve the right to cancel or postpone any Workshop or Session at short notice. In the event that this happens the Participant will be offered an alternative course date within a one year period

If the Participant is unable to attend their Workshop or Session on the day due to illness, they must contact their Tutor as soon as possible. Leanne Michelle Makaton Tutor ( Sign Together - Grow Together ) is under no obligation to offer an alternative Workshop or Session date and no refund will be given. Sickness and absence is classed as a cancellation on day 0 and is subject to 100% course fee charged.

Once a booking has been made, should the Participant wish to transfer to an alternative Workshop or Session date this must be put in writing to their Tutor no later than 15 days prior to the Workshop or Session commencement date. All transfer requests within the stated time frame will try to be accommodated where there is an availability on an alternate Workshop or Session. In the event of no alternative availability, Cancellation terms apply.

In Person Workshop or Session cancellations:

All cancellation requests must be put in writing to the Tutor and received 30 days prior to the Workshop or Session commencement date, this will be based on the date it is received.

*Participants and Organisations must give 30 days' written notice prior to the Workshop or Session commencement date for a full refund.

*Participants and Organisations will be charged 50% of the Session or Workshop fee should they wish to cancel their Workshop or Session 14 -29 days prior to The Workshop or Session Commencement date.

• Participants and Organisations will be charged 100% Workshop or Session fee should they wish to cancel 15 days or less prior to the Workshop or Session commencement date.

Leanne Michelle Makaton Tutor ( Sign Together - Grow Together ) is not liable for any costs incurred to the participant.

Leanne Michelle Makaton Tutor ( Sign Together - Grow Together) reserves the right to change the cancellation and booking policy.
