Refund policy
** PLEASE NOTE: We will always offer to transfer bookings to a new date BEFORE agreeing to refunds - SinFit Fitness gets charged processing fees for all refund transactions. As a small business, these fee's have a huge impact. Please support our small business by requesting booking transfers, before refunds. Thank you**
** Classes **
You are entitled to a full refund up to 24 hours before the class start time. BEFORE cancelling your booking on the system, please email sinfitfitness@gmail.com.
You are able to transfer your class during the 24 period prior to the class starting, to another class.
If you are unable to attend class and can not transfer less than 4 hours before the class is due to start. Your booking will be classed as non-refundable, however email sinfitfitness@gmail.com and we will transfer it to an alternative date. This policy applies to all bookings.
** Special Events **
Special events are non refundable or transferable UNLESS the event is cancelled by the organisers. Should an event be cancelled by SinFit Fitness or its agents, your booking will be automatically transferred to an alternative date> Should you be unable to attend the new date or one is not provided, a full refund will be available. Please email sinfitfitness@gmail.com, using the email address used to purchase your ticket and request a refund.
