💡 Helpful things to know

  • You’ll receive a confirmation email with all the details after booking.
  • Your Zoom link will be sent to you automatically.
  • Spaces are limited so early booking is best.
  • All sessions are listed in UK time (GMT/BST).

Refund policy

🍷 Events and Seasonal Classes
All bookings are non-refundable. If you can’t make it, you’re welcome to transfer your ticket to another person. Please email info@sjlanguages.co.uk
or message me on WhatsApp to let me know the new name.
If an event is cancelled by SJ Languages due to illness or unforeseen circumstances, I’ll offer an alternative date, an online option or a credit towards another event.

🧑‍🏫 Private Tuition
A minimum of 48 hours’ notice is required to reschedule. If less than 48 hours’ notice is given, the session will be charged as taken. In this case, I can use the booked time to create a personalised resource, feedback activity or short recorded video so you still receive support.
