For block bookings/course tickets, cancellations are refundable 24 hours before the course start date when the whole course is cancelled.
For pay as you go tickets, cancellations are refundable 24 hours before the start of the class.
Cancellations after this time are non-refundable.
Non-refundable cancellations can be made to notify the instructor you are unable to attend.
Refunds will be made via bank transfer, please email admin@solihullphysiopilates.co.uk to arrange a refund.
