Together, we will share heart opening yoga, calming meditation and powerful manifesting practices with crystals, all woven together to leave you feeling inspired, grounded and deeply aligned.Throughout the retreat, you will be guided through reflective journalling, crystal activation and intention setting, giving you the space to slow down, listen within and connect with what you truly desire. You will also create your own crystal bracelet to hold your intention, a meaningful keepsake infused with your energy, as well as a crystal infused vision board to beautifully express your manifestations and the life you are ready to step into.Every part of this retreat has been thoughtfully designed to inspire, uplift and guide you in a nurturing and supportive space.
