Cancellation policy -

Classes -
You can cancel your class upto 12 hours before. If you have paid for a single pass you can message to request a refund (this must be done as the system does not do this automatically). If you cancel within 12 hours of scheduled class then there will be no refund.

If you have purchased a class pass then no refunds will apply, your class can be transferred to another class that falls within the outline of the pass you have on your account. Transfers cannot be done within the 12 hour period before scheduled class.

If you know that you can't attend please aim to inform me outside of the 12 hour window.

Events -

Events are non refundable once inside the 7 days prior to the scheduled event.

Other notices -

Please inform your teacher on arrival of any issues or health problems we may need to be aware of to keep everyone safe & well.

Please let us know if you have any sensitivities to incense or candles upon booking, so we can ensure a suitable environment for your enjoyment.

If we have 3 no shows without notifying teacher, we will be unable to book future classes.

Refund policy

All cancellations must be done online, if you have any problems you can message me on Whatsapp 07886892698 (please note this is the only messages I will be monitoring).

Single Classes -

You MUST give no less than 12 hours notice if you need to cancel a class and would like me to consider a refund.

Class passes -

If the booking was made via a Class pass then a class credit will be issued to offset onto another class that falls within the original booking timeframe.

Block bookings using a class pass - You can use your pass to book onto any combination of the available classes that I offer. Credits must be used within the outline of the chosen pass below -
Weekly 4 class pass - must be used within 7 days of 1st booked class.
8 class pass - must be used within 4 weeks of 1st booked class.
4 class pass - must be used within 4 weeks of 1st booked class.
2 class pass - must be used within 4 weeks of 1st booked class.
No refunds can be given on class passes.

Courses & Events -

Refunds will be issued if no less than 7 days notice is given via a message on Whatsapp.
