All cancellations must be done online, if you have any problems you can message me on Whatsapp 07886892698 (please note this is the only messages I will be monitoring).
Single Classes -
You MUST give no less than 12 hours notice if you need to cancel a class and would like me to consider a refund.
Class passes -
If the booking was made via a Class pass then a class credit will be issued to offset onto another class that falls within the original booking timeframe.
Block bookings using a class pass - You can use your pass to book onto any combination of the available classes that I offer. Credits must be used within the outline of the chosen pass below -
Weekly 4 class pass - must be used within 7 days of 1st booked class.
8 class pass - must be used within 4 weeks of 1st booked class.
4 class pass - must be used within 4 weeks of 1st booked class.
2 class pass - must be used within 4 weeks of 1st booked class.
No refunds can be given on class passes.
Courses & Events -
Refunds will be issued if no less than 7 days notice is given via a message on Whatsapp.
