A breath-led Vinyasa practice supporting both yin and yang energy through intuitive movement, mindful flow and connection to self.
Each class is taught intuitively to the room, creating space for strength, softness, challenge and rest while encouraging you to move in a way that feels supportive and empowering for your body.
Expect creative flowing sequences, intentional transitions, moments of stillness and grounding, and a guided savasana to close.
This is a trauma-informed space where language is invitational, options are always offered and all abilities are welcome.
Please arrive early, silence phones, and honour your body throughout practice.
Please bring your own mat and anything else you need to feel supported.
