Spring Renewal - an evening retreat of yoga and sound

Nadia (Kula Yoga) and Nicky warmly invite you to a relaxing evening where you can unwind and take rest for your mind and body.

As we welcome back the luminosity of Spring, and to mark Earth Day- you are welcomed to a cosy evening of gentle yin yoga guided by Nadia of Kula Yoga, accompanied by a live soothing sound bath from Nicky of Sound & Ground.

Yin Yoga is a very soft, slow-paced style of Yoga where we hold poses for longer allowing you to slow down, relax and turn inward, which helps in releasing tension and restoring your vital energy.

You will gently be guided into each pose with the support of soft props to make your experience as comfortable as possible, while the meditative sounds will compliment your yin journey and facilitate a deeper experience.

Simply this is a little gift to yourself!

Our evening will close with complementary herbal tea and some delicious snacks to support your experience of waking from this beautiful rest.

Join us to press pause on the busyness of life, to reconnect with yourself and to experience an evening of complete relaxation.

This retreat is open to all, you will be warmly welcomed and no prior experience of yin or sound is needed to attend.

Your evening will include:
Therapeutic sound bath - with singing bowls, chimes, gong, drum and other meditative sacred sounds

Yin yoga - long held seated or lying down yoga poses with the support of blocks, bolsters and blankets (We will have some spares of everything, but please bring your own if you have them.)

Tea circle- a chance to share your experience in a safe and held space, or a chance to listen to others whilst enjoying a soothing cup of tea.
