Sound and Voice Healing Studio Weekly Class and Workshop Bookings

VOICE FOR WELLBEING SESSIONS:

Refund available minus 50 pence booking fee up to 24 hours before the start of the class.
Ticket transfers of up to 4 weeks later to the same class are permitted up to 1 hour before the start time.

ONE DAY WORKSHOPS:

Up to 4 calendar weeks before the start date a refund will be given minus a £10 booking fee.

Less than 4 calendar weeks (but not less than 2) before start date a 50% refund will be given or the offer to transfer to another workshop subject to availability.

Up to 14 days before start date, no refund given (including for reasons of illness).

In the unlikely event Alexandra has to cancel a one day workshop, a full refund will be given.

TWO DAY COSH VOCAL SOUND HEALING IMMERSION WEEKENDS ONLINE

Up to 4 calendar weeks before the start date a refund will be given minus a £20 booking fee.

Less than 4 calendar weeks (but not less than 2) before start date a 50% refund will be given or the offer to transfer to another workshop subject to availability.

Up to 14 days before start date, no refund given (including for reasons of illness).

In the unlikely event Alexandra has to cancel a training weekend, it will be rescheduled to a date to suit the group.

TWO DAY COSH VOCAL SOUND HEALING IMMERSION WEEKENDS IN PERSON:

Up to 4 calendar weeks' notice of course start date you will receive a refund of the money paid minus a £20 booking fee.

Less than 4 calendar weeks' notice of course start date all payments are non refundable including for reasons of illness as the venue is secured and paid for at this time. However if Alexandra is running another CoSH training in person or online at a later date, and there is space, you can transfer payment to that course. Only one transfer is permitted per participant.

In the unlikely event that Alexandra has to cancel a training weekend, it will be rescheduled to a date to suit the group.

1-2-1 SESSION WITH ALEXANDRA

A full refund will be given up to 24 hours before the session is due to start.
Cancellations made within 24 hours will not be refunded.
