Individual class bookings may be cancelled or transferred to another available class with at least 48 hours’ notice. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours’ notice, and non-attendance, are non-refundable.

Eight-week course bookings may be cancelled for a full refund up to seven days before the first class. After that date, course bookings are non-refundable. However, you may transfer your complete course place to another person by contacting us before the next class. Missed classes cannot be refunded, credited or transferred individually.

If Southend Barns cancels a class, we will offer a replacement date. If you cannot attend the replacement date, you will receive a refund for that class. If we cancel the entire course, all affected bookings will be refunded in full.

Approved refunds will be returned to the original payment method.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
