Southern Belle Biscuit Baking Class

Biscuit tasting and baking class in Nashville Tennessee, taught by biscuit expert Maryann Byrd. She won two Emmy's and three Telly awards for her PBS documentary on Southern Biscuits. She teaches the art of Southern biscuit baking at her biscuit shop near downtown Nashville. Class is 2 hours 15 minutes long. It is hands on. You'll be baking your own batches of biscuits before you leave class. You'll also be eating two biscuits and gravy in class, as Maryann teaches you her tips and tricks to making the perfect Southern biscuit.
