Refund policy
RETREAT DAY REFUND POLICY
Payments to Spellbound Society for retreat days are final with no refunds, due to associated costs such as the catering service, venue hire, materials etc. However, upon agreement with the hosts, payments may be able to be transferred to another retreat day should I be unable to attend, but only if my space can be filled by another attende, and that this is not guaranteed, and will not be allowed regardless, within 7 days of the event.
In such case that Spellbound Society has to cancel the retreat day, refunds will be issued to the attendees booked on for the day.
Exclusion of Participation: In the unfortunate circumstance, if a guest conceals physical and/or health issues, is unfit, and/or causes disruptions that endanger the provision of the service and/or the health of other participants, facilitators, or equipment the guest can be excluded from the participation of the Retreat Day after an initial warning. If the situation arises, the contract will be terminated without further notice, already paid costs are non-refundable and incurring costs are to be paid by the guest.
