Cancellations made at least 48 hours before an individual session are eligible for a refund or transfer to another available session. Cancellations made within 48 hours are non-refundable.

For block/course bookings, once the course has started, missed or unused sessions are non-refundable and cannot normally be transferred.

If Sporting Heroes cancels a session, customers will be offered a full refund or transfer to another available session.
