Which class is best for my baby?

First Weeks - baby massage 5 week course... a more gentle introduction
Baby Bells - for babies newborn to sitting
Baby Beeps - for babies sitting to toddling
Happy House - for confident walkers and preschoolers
SEND sessions - Adapted sessions, in smaller groups to adapt and give your little ones the most enjoyable and engaging environment.
In some areas we have happy house split between confident walkers and junior walkers.

Why term bookings?
We do term bookings because it is best for our little ones. They respond better with a routine, and familiarity to the structure of our classes. Additionally, its easier for parents /carers to get to know each other. However, as always we will support those that cannot commit to each weekly class, so ask and we will see what we can do for you.

If you are new to Hartbeeps, please note that some classes are hard to get into as we have a great following. Please do join our waiting list if your preferred class is full or please do consider a class nearby.

FIRST TIMERS: You are welcome to attend a single pay as you go session before committing to a term or a free taster, please contact me at cristina@hartbeeps.com to organise this. This isn't always possible in the majority of classes as they are full. The only exception is massage as this is a block of 5 and we encourage you to do the full course from beginning to end.
Refunds processed prior to term start t will be subject to an admin/processing fee of £15. There are no cancellations once term commences.

Refund policy

Refunds/credits are not given once the term has started. If you miss a class due to sickness or holidays it cannot be refunded, or carried over to the next course. Please do speak to me to discuss.

Cancellation; if you cancel your place 5 days before the new term begins you will be refunded your term fee, but this will be subject to a £10.00 administration fee, no refunds will be made after this period. If you cancel your place during the term then no refund can be given.

Sickness; if your baby/child is sick please feel free to call and let us know. If it is likely to be a long term illness then please call and discuss with your session leader as refunds and credits for long term illnesses are at their discretion.
