Fish is no longer a cheap source of food. This workshop will show you how to buy well and make some stunning fishy dishes. It will take you through the six methods of cooking fish, using a variety of white, oily and shellfish. You will also learn to make the legendary Rocinantes Provençal fish soup and to make the sauces and sides to accompany the main act.
All classes include tastings throughout and lunch or supper and a glass of wine or beer. You will also be able to take something of home of what you have cooked. All recipes cooked by you or demonstrated will be sent on to you by email following the class
