Details

As the fashion for fermentation gathers pace, so Korean food is getting a name for itself. And Korean cooking is a world of uniquely clean and yet umami flavours; fermented vegetables, glass noodles, seaweeds, pancakes, meat poached in broths, unlikely but delicious sweet-sour fish and of course bab – (rice), ingredients combined with a precise elegance of presentation, are some of the characteristics of this brilliant cuisine. And of course all the ingredients you will need for cooking these dishes at home are now readily available here in the UK

All classes include tastings throughout and supper with a glass of wine. You will also be able to take something of home of what you have cooked. All recipes cooked by you or demonstrated will be sent on to you by email following the class
