Details

Join us for three days of cookery (Mon 23rd - Wed 25th August, 10am - 4pm) and build a portfolio of delicious meals that you can recreate at home.

Day 1:
Chilli Con Carne
Cornbread Muffins
Guacamole
Salsa
Chocolate Fondants

Day 2:
Fresh Pasta
Ricotta and Spinach Ravioli
Slow Cooked Tomato Sauce
Pannacotta with Strawberries

Day 3:
Samosas
Coconut Fish Curry
Pilau Rice
Pineapple Upside down cake with Lime and Coconut Cream

10am - 4pm.

If booking siblings on the course, a £5 discount per child will be added when you select the number of tickets (maximum 3).
