Refund policy

Power Elevated Work Platform Policy

When registering for the Power Elevated Work Platform Training, please note that all payments are non-refundable. If you need to cancel, you may do so up to 7 days prior to the course start date to receive a credit for a future course, valid for one year. Cancellations made within 7 days of the course date will not be eligible for a refund or credit. Exceptions may be considered in extreme circumstances on a case-by-case basis.

Cancellation & Refund Policy For All Other Training

Cancellations made 10 days or more prior to the scheduled training date will be eligible to receive a full refund. Cancellations made less than 10 days prior to the scheduled training date will not be eligible for a refund.

Participants may request to reschedule their training to another available date with no additional fee if the request is made 7 days or more before the original scheduled date.

Refunds will be processed within 5-10 business days of receiving a valid cancellation request and will be issued using the same payment method used for the original transaction. No refunds will be issued for participants who fail to attend the training without prior notice.

StartSafe reserves the right to cancel or reschedule a training session due to unforeseen circumstances, insufficient enrollment, or other reasons.

In the event of a cancellation by StartSafe, participants will be offered the option to reschedule to the next available training date.
