STEM by the Sea Cancellation, Refund & Change-of-Venue Policy (summary). All sessions are pre-booked and paid in advance. If you cancel: 7 or more days before - full refund; 4 to 6 days before - 50% refund, or 75% as credit; 2 to 3 days before - 25% refund, or 50% as credit; less than 48 hours, or not attending - no refund. Serious reasons (hospital, sudden serious illness, a death in the family, an emergency) - full refund or free transfer at any time. If your place is refilled from the waiting list - full refund. If Andy cancels or changes a session, including when fewer than 6 children are booked on a workshop - full refund or a rebooking of your choice. Tutoring is not refunded but can be rearranged for a valid reason. Notice is counted from when your email or text reaches Andy to the session start time.
