Some previous dance experience is helpful, but please contact us if you are unsure about the required level.
What to wear:
Comfortable dancewear that allows free movement. Ballroom dance shoes or secure indoor shoes with a smooth sole are recommended.
What to bring:
Water and a notebook if you would like to record choreography.
