Welcome to the Step It Up : Active booking page.

Here you can set up your Class Passes (membership) and book your run sessions.

Don't forget, if you purchase a 3, 6 or 12 month class pass all your standard run sessions are free for the duration of your pass. Buying a pass also entitles you to join our closed Facebook group for further support, advice, training schedules, special offers and voucher codes. Class Passes must be purchased at the time of booking a session.

If you want to pay for your Class Pass in instalments please opt to pay "offline". Payment instructions will be sent in your confirmation email.

Refund policy

Refunds for running sessions, medal events and nutrition consultations will only be applied if more than 24 hours notice is given of cancellation.

Courses will only be refunded if cancelled two weeks before the first session. Refunds will not be issued, in whole or in-part for non-attendance.

To cancel a "class pass" please notify us by email at info@stepitupactive.co.uk

Passes paid for in full will be refunded at the monthly rate paid per complete month remaining.

If you are paying for your "class pass" by standing order please let us know when you have cancelled your payment. Your pass will be cancelled from the end of the last month that you have paid for.

No refund for any charity events whatsoever.
