Cancellations within the first 14 days of booking will be refunded at 50%.
Cancellations after 14 days of booking will not be refunded.
Cancellations due to illness / injury will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
Changes or cancellations made on the day your child is due to attend cannot be refunded or moved to another date.
If we have to cancel some dates due to unforeseen circumstances, we will try to give as much notice as possible and offer alternative options if available, or refund all monies paid for the dates cancelled.
