Stillness in Sound – Cancellation & Refund Policy

All bookings are non-refundable. If you are unable to attend, please cancel your booking as soon as possible so that your space can be offered to someone on the waiting list.

Late arrivals and no-shows: Please arrive during the arrival time stated in your booking confirmation. Sessions begin promptly at the advertised start time and the doors will close once the session begins to protect the quiet, meditative environment for other guests. Late entry cannot be permitted and no refund or transfer will be issued for late arrivals or non-attendance.

Cancellation by Stillness in Sound: If a session is cancelled by Stillness in Sound, you will be offered a transfer to another suitable session or a full refund.

Exceptional circumstances may be considered at the discretion of Stillness in Sound.
