This sumptuous three-course supper in Leyton's beautiful Victorian cricket pavilion will bring you recipes direct from the pages of our book, alongside powerful and inspiring migration stories. Come hungry, leave feeling more connected with your fellow humans...
Starting with:
Piaju (Lentil fritters – Bangladesh) and
Aswad Salad (Spicy aubergine dip – Sudan)
Followed by:
Nokaw (Chick pea and lamb stew – Kurdistan) or
Aubergine Curry (India)
Finishing with:
Sesame rice balls (Hong Kong)
The book will be released at the beginning of December 2019, with support from Waltham Forest Borough of Culture 2019.
