Bookings must be cancelled 48 hours in advance for a full refund. Bookings paid for with Childcare Vouchers or Tax-Free Childcare will be refunded via the same method - no cash refunds can be given.
No refunds can be given if your child was unable to attend due to sickness or other absence.
