I use crystal singing bowls, gongs, drums, chimes and other percussion instruments to take you through a unique sound journey that will allow you to explore your inner landscape and bring you back to your center.
This is a full body listening experience.
My sound Journey sessions are created to help you connect both mind and body, it can reduce anxiety and stress and take you out of fight or flight to promote a sense of relaxation.

Please wear warm comfortable clothing, bring a blanket and pillow with you for extra comfort.
Leave any sharp jewellery at home.
Please arrive 15 minutes before to get settled into your hammock.
The session starts at 6.30pm doors are locked at this time and you will not be able to get in once we commence the session.
