• Bookings may be cancelled up to 24 hours before your session for a full refund or free transfer.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session, or non-attendance, are not eligible for a refund or transfer. This is because we are unable to fill spaces at short notice and still incur staffing and operational costs.
• Reschedules can be requested and will be granted subject to availability, if submitted more than 24 hours before your session. Requests made less than 24 hours in advance of the session start time cannot be accommodated.
