All of our trainings (Start, safeTALK, Understanding Self-Harm, ASIST, Suicide Bereavement Training) are for 𝗼𝘃𝗲𝗿 𝟭𝟴𝘀 𝗼𝗻𝗹𝘆 and there is no charge to the participant.

All of our trainings are fully funded by the HSE National Office for Suicide Prevention with no
charge to the participant and are subject to minimum attendance.
The staged approach to training is recommended i.e. complete Start or safeTALK ahead of
attending ASIST, given your current knowledge of suicide prevention.
Please be aware of the emotional nature of the content and take time to self-care after training; see
www.yourmentalhealth.ie for more information. If you have recently been bereaved by suicide or
affected by suicidal behaviour, please attend when you feel emotionally ready to receive education
around the topic.
Please do not attend training if you are experiencing any symptoms of an illness that might compromise your participation and be passed on to others
