We’re Going on a Bear Hunt in this Hay Festival themed kids book special.
This is aimed at 2- 8 year olds and a parent or carer must be present throughout.
Little Yogis will discover the fun of story yoga with fun yoga games and explore yoga poses as we go on a Bear Hunt adventure together where the kids get to be part of the story & all ideas are welcome! We practice calming breathing, & enjoy a gentle relaxation at the end as an introduction to mindfulness for kids & wellbeing through movement.
We will share crafts & activities to bring the yoga story adventure to life.
Yoga is a wonderful calming, coping & wellbeing activity that equips kids with so many benefits including boosting confidence & self-esteem, increased strength & flexibility, improved balance & coordination, positive body awareness, mindfulness as a wellbeing tool & so much more!
Spaces are limited and all mats and props are provided.
**Siblings younger than 2 years old can come for free, just let me know names & ages in advance for my register.
Siblings from 2 years old up, are an additional £3 each for up to 2 siblings. Please bring cash for additional siblings on the day or get in touch to pay via BAC in advance.
(Older kids or those who won’t want to join in are welcome to sit in the room during the session for no charge)
*1 parent/carer is sufficient for up to 4 siblings.
Please ensure your kids wear clothes they can move freely in & bring a water bottle - for grown ups too! We do yoga barefoot.
