This class is suitable for both the beginner and the experienced Yogi.
Gentle unwinding, somatic movements introduced to improve awareness of the body and release tension.
Movements progress to standing postures for strength and balance.
Relaxation techniques used toward the end of the class.
Gentle pranayama (breath work) and meditation introduced
Participants will need to bring their own yoga mat and blanket.
